With a focus on maternal wellbeing and healing, these classes are designed to ease you back into yoga gently. The sequences include calming breath work, pelvic floor toning, core work, gentle flow sequences and overall strengthening and stretching.
I develop the yoga over the weeks, allowing you time to grow in strength and confidence, gradually introducing more dynamic sequences. The sessions are relaxed and baby friendly and can be started after your 6-week check or 12 weeks if you have had a cesarean birth.
I run a postnatal yoga class on Tuesdays at 10 am. The class is currently live online, although when we meet in person, people often follow-up the session with a coffee and a chat. Either way, you can also join the postnatal yoga WhatsApp group, which helps new parents make connections that often form an important part of your support network with your new baby.
Single classes are £10, or you can buy a block of 5 for £40.
